We lovingly prepare and pack each order with intention and care. Below you’ll find all the details to help you know what to expect once your parcel begins its journey.

Processing Time

Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to be dispatched.

We usually ship on Tuesdays and Fridays, but this may vary slightly depending on seasonal flow.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship via Australia Post.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
• Standard shipping: 2–7 business days
• Express shipping: 1–3 business days

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your parcel is on its way.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via Australia Post’s international services.

Estimated delivery times:
• Standard shipping: 7–21 business days
• Express shipping: 7–14 business days

Please note that international delivery times can vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Unfortunately, KINTU cannot take responsibility for any delays, fees, or parcel retentions due to customs.

Delivery Issues

Once your parcel is with the postal service, it is out of our hands. If your item is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please refer to our Lost Parcel Policy for guidance.

RETURNS

Refund & Return Policy

We truly hope you love what you receive - each piece is crafted and chosen with care. But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns:

Timeframe

Our return window lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we won’t be able to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

Important: Due to their perishable and sacred nature, certain items - such as Sananga and Hapé - cannot be returned or refunded.

To complete your return, we only require your order number.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email confirming its arrival and letting you know if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 days.

Postage is Non-Refundable

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund.

You will also be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item to us.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale or discounted items are final sale.

Return Address & Shipping Tips

To return your product, please package it carefully and send it to our return address (we’ll provide it via email when you reach out).

If you’re returning an item over A$100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item, and we aren’t responsible for items lost in transit.

SHIPPING & LOST PARCEL POLICY

Once your order leaves our hands and is with the postal service, it enters the journey of the mail - something we, unfortunately, cannot control. We lovingly wrap and prepare each parcel with care, but once it’s in transit, it’s out of our hands.

If your parcel is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
• Check with neighbors or anyone in your household
• Look around your property or mailbox area
• Contact your local postal office with the tracking number

Please know that we cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen, or misplaced parcels once they have been handed to the carrier. We’re here to support you as much as we can, and we’ll always do our best to help you track it down—but we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements in these cases.
