• If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian approval.
  
• KINTU reserves the right to remove any participant whose activity is not aligned with the spirit of the program.
  
• Participants agree not to misrepresent the brand, its products, or the intention of the program.

• Each ambassador will receive a unique referral code.
  
• Codes may only be used by new KINTU customers.
  
• Codes may not be used on coupon or discount aggregation websites.
  
• Paid advertising of referral codes is not permitted unless expressly approved by KINTU.
  
• Codes are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or assignable to other users.

• Ayni Points will be awarded based on qualifying purchases made by new customers using your code.
  
• Points have no cash value and may only be redeemed through KINTU's ambassador rewards system.
  
• KINTU is not responsible for lost, expired, or unavailable rewards.
  
• Points and rewards cannot be exchanged or transferred.

We may suspend or remove participants at any time for:

• Misuse of referral codes
  
• Fraudulent or misleading promotion
  
• Disrespectful or harmful behaviour
  
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Threads of Ayni program is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, KINTU is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your participation in the program.

Participation does not create a formal employment or agency relationship with KINTU.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By participating, you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.
