White Copal is a revered resin harvested from the Bursera bipinnata tree, native to Mexico and Central America. Known as “Copalli” in Nahuatl, the language of the Mexica peoples, it has been burned in ceremonies for thousands of years - across temples, homes, mountains, and altars - as an offering to the divine and a bridge between worlds.

Copal is often called the “blood of the tree”, and its fragrant smoke is believed to carry prayers upward, cleanse stagnant energy, and open space for healing, clarity, and connection. From Mesoamerican cultures such as the Mexica and Maya, to Andean and Amazonian ceremonial use, copal has been used to purify, protect, and invoke spirit.

Our White Copal Incense is made using pure resin, hand-rolled into 10 ceremonial sticks. Its aroma is bright, resinous, slightly citrusy and sweet - a scent that moves gently through the body and space, inviting presence and softness.

Burn it during meditation, ritual, house blessings, or simply to return to yourself. Let the smoke speak what words cannot.

Features:

  • Includes 10 hand-rolled incense sticks

  • Made with pure White Copal resin from Mexico

  • Traditionally used for cleansing, purification, and spiritual offerings

  • Supports prayer, meditation, energetic alignment, and deep grounding

  • Inspired by the ancestral rituals of Mesoamerica and the wider Indigenous Americas

How to Use:

Light the tip of the stick and gently blow out the flame, allowing the smoke to rise. Offer your intention into the smoke—whether it’s a prayer, a release, or a quiet moment of connection. Place on a heat-safe surface and allow the scent to fill your space.

Note: Burn mindfully. Use in a well-ventilated area and never leave burning incense unattended.

Each stick is crafted by hand with natural materials. Variations in thickness, color, and burn time are natural and part of the ritual beauty of this incense.
