Yachariq Ring. A ceremonial brass ring carrying the wise one, from the stone of Chavín de Huántar.
In the Quechua of Áncash, Yachariq means the wise one, whose knowing comes from walking rather than from books.
The ring shows serpents, the Chakana and the feline face on a single band. Flow, root and clear sight, held as one. The serpent says let it flow. The Chakana says let it be rooted. The feline says see clearly and act without fear.
Worn on the finger, Yachariq becomes a quiet reminder that wisdom lives in what you do with your hands.
Each piece is drawn in Peru, in consultation with teachers in Áncash, and handcrafted in Bali by metalsmiths who shape each piece in wax before casting in brass. 5% of every sale returns to Yarpakuti Chawpin, the organisation in Áncash that keeps this tradition alive.
